DiagMachina

Remote fault diagnosis for heavy machinery

The fault, found by measuring.

An AI assistant guides your technician step by step on construction equipment, tractors, generators and marine engines. No part is replaced on a guess, and an expert signs off before any part over €500.

Free trial: 4 messages a day to describe your fault and get the first checks.

Technical drawing of an articulated wheel loader: the ECU, the wiring harness, the supply pump and the water separator are marked with numbers. 1 2 3 4
  1. ECU codes read on the display, memory cleared
  2. Wiring harness 3.8 to 3.9 Ω at the ECU, good
  3. Supply pump codes 7b and 7C, solenoid valves 3.4 Ω: pump sent for exchange
  4. Water separator water and sludge drained, filters replaced

Komatsu WA500-3 wheel loader in Tenerife: after more than ten mechanic visits, the cause was located in 3 hours.

How a diagnosis works

You write, by voice or with photos, from the workshop or the site. The assistant asks the questions in the right order, like an experienced diagnostician.

  1. Describe the machine

Photo of the data plate, symptoms, codes on the display. Older machines without a diagnostic port are welcome.

  2. Measure in order

One action at a time: where to measure, with which tool, what reading to expect, and the safety precautions.

  3. Confirm the cause

The assistant only concludes when a measurement proves it. You get a written report.

  4. Above €500, the expert signs off

If the part is expensive, your readings go to the expert. Answer within 48 h, before anything is ordered.

Pricing

An on-site diagnostic call-out often costs hundreds of euros, even around €1,000 on a large machine. Here you pay for the fault found, remotely.

  1. Reading

Codes read on the dashboard and on the ECU display, without a laptop.

  2. Draining

Water separator drained: water and sludge in the diesel. Fuel and filters replaced.

  3. Clearing

The ECU memory had never been cleared: old codes were muddling the reading. Memory cleared.

  4. Sorting

Only two codes remain, 7b and 7C: an injection pump supply fault.

  5. Measuring

Pump solenoid valves and wiring measured: 3.4 Ω at the pump, 3.8–3.9 Ω at the ECU. The electrical side is ruled out.

  6. Conclusion

The supply pump goes for a factory exchange, instead of parts being swapped at random.

Clear, measure, eliminate: that is the method the assistant applies to every diagnosis. [Result after the pump replacement and customer testimonial: to be completed]

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a special diagnostic tool?

No. A multimeter is usually enough, sometimes a pressure gauge. The assistant tells you exactly what to use and where to measure.

My machine is old and has no diagnostic port.

That's our ground. On many machines the codes can be read on the dashboard or the ECU, and the rest can be measured.

What if the assistant can't find it?

You move up to the expert: a written review of your readings, or a video call for complex faults.

Can I use my workshop manual?

Yes: send photos of the relevant pages. The assistant uses them for the exact values of your machine.

Why an expert sign-off above €500?

So that no expensive part is ordered on a guess. The expert reviews the readings before you spend anything.

What happens to what I send?

Your messages and photos are used for your diagnosis. Details are in our terms of use and privacy policy.
